Right off the heels of Beholden’s sonic switchbacks and Heart of the World’s synthetic funk comes Sorry Spider, the third single from Sunsp.t’s upcoming LP.

In true Sunsp.t Form, Joe MacPhail uses the vocoder and a slew of keys to make an existential claim about a relatively universal ethical dilemma - killing (or not) the insects that end up in your home. While we might each ask ourselves on a momentary basis whether to stomp the hairy, scary spider in our kitchen, Sunsp.t maintains that, as a species, the decision’s already made.
